FRANCIS ANDOH is Managing Partner and Founder of Northwestern Partners Limited. He is a co-founder of MTF Synergies Limited, Payfam Energy Limited, an Oil Brokerage Firm (OBF), and is a Principal Consultant and Vice President of Afia Petroleum Resources Limited.
He is also the founder of Hodna Group (FMCGs) and a co-founder of Crosswinds Financials (Investment Banking), 2Ti Solutions Limited (IT) and Ultimate Development Company Limited (Real Estates). He served on a number of boards and was the CEO/MD of African Champion Industries (formerly Super Paper Products Co. Ltd), a listed company with the Ghana Stock Exchange.
Francis is an experienced Investment Banker and generally does a wide range of financial re-engineering to support both corporate and individual organizations. He is an experienced Business Transformation Professional as well as a seasoned Project Manager with vast international exposure and pedigree.
He has considerable experience in transformation strategy, analysis, design, development, implementation and management of investment projects. He holds an MBA in Finance and General Management from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, USA and completed his undergraduate education at the University of Ghana majoring in Economics and Political Science.
He also has a Project Management Certificate from Terrapinn Training Institute, Johannesburg, South Africa. He has travelled extensively through USA, Europe and Africa for training programs, seminars and business related activities.
