Mr Charles Abaka-Yankson holds a BSc. (Hons) Chemical Engineering degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, Kumasi and an MBA in Finance from the University of Ghana, Legon. His experience and exposure ranges from plant operations and maintenance through investment studies/ feasibility studies/ financial analysis, environmental management planning, environmental impact assessment to project management and capacity building.
Charles has been a World Bank Consultant since 2004 and has successfully undertaken several assignments and projects in the west African Sub-Regions.
Charles has over 30 years of experience in diverse areas such as Corporate Restructuring/Capital Investment Appraisal, Plant Equipment and Process Design and Operations; Process Analysis and Re-design for Improvements; Project Management; Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) System Design; Value Analysis of Companies’ Activities to Gain Strategic Advantage Supply Chain Management for Strategic Advantage, Environmental Management and Impact Assessment; and Training /Capacity Building.
